Will the Flyers make the playoffs this season?

Will the Flyers make the playoffs this season?

I am leaning towards 'They will make the playoffs, but no cup.'

That is the safe bet giving the Flyers track record the past decade or so.
A lot of new faces I definitely think they are improve this season at least on paper.
