Flyers' Carter: A star in the making

Perhaps no one can appreciate Jeff Carter's rise more than Flyers general manager Paul Holmgren. In 2003, Holmgren was the Flyers' assistant GM and in charge of scouting when the club made the soft-spoken Carter its No. 1 draft selection.
