Tonight's game is the Flyers last game of the year against the Lightning, which is as good a time as any to take a look at how the Matt Carle trade has turned out for the teams involved: The Norfolk Admirals - Since being traded to the Lightning Steve Downie has spent 19 games with the Admirals, scoring 8 goals and adding 17 assists. This hasn't helped the Admirals climb out of the Eastern Conference basement, but it's helped them to avoid some embarrassment.
