Carter, the Flyers' lone all-star, scored a power-play goal with 13 minutes, 1 second left to snap a 1-1 tie and spark the Flyers to a 4-1 win over the surprisingly feisty Toronto Maple Leafs at the sold-out Wachovia Center last night.
