Draft drawing on Tuesday

The John Tavares Sweepstakes will take place on Tuesday when the NHL holds its annual draft lottery. A weighted system to determine the order of selection for the first 14 picks of the 2009 NHL Entry Draft, will take place Tuesday at 8 p.m. at the NHL’s New York City office.
