Sam Donnellon: Flyers like the way they're losing

'WE'VE BEEN a fourth-place team pretty much wire-to-wire after a slow start," Mike Knuble was saying last night, but like much about this team lately, he was a little off. After 2 months of maddening mediocrity, the Flyers crossed the regular-season wire fifth in the Eastern Conference, squandering a chance to start the playoffs at home, squandering a chance to make us believe even a little that they are a team that is mostly right, and just a little wrong.
