Deshawn the Beef Patty Theif

( another entry in our Slow Summer Series, posts about life outside the rink) Every Monday I leave work at 10:30, head west on 49th street, traverse Times Square, and eventually end up in front of Public School 5A. I do this because I participate in a program called Reading is Super in which volunteers are paired up with students for an afternoon of reading.
