VOORHEES - For a cash-strapped team like the Flyers have been the past couple seasons, keeping a Randy Jones on the roster is like having a Rolls-Royce parked in the garage.

The Flyers pre-season campaign had been hardly stellar up until last night. Plenty of penalties taken, losses, and overall stale play at times pointed to a rough start for our Flyers. However, after a glimmer of hope in a close overtime loss to Toronto on Saturday, the Flyers came back to the Wachovia

A couple days ago over on Puck Daddy they ran an article that told us Time Warner customers not to worry because NHL Center Ice would be up and running before October 1st.
