Flyers lose Ryan Parent for 10 days

So much for all that team bonding. After three days of sailing, fishing, swimming and roasting in the sun, the Flyers actually played a hockey game Friday night in Sunrise, Fla., and coughed up another lead en route to a 4-2 loss. The Flyers are expected to be without defenseman Ryan Parent until late October because of a groin strain suffered in Saturday night’s loss to the Florida. Ole-Kristian Tollefsen will take his place.
