Delta Possibly Looking to Sponsor Chris Pronger

There are rumors flying (ahem) around the internet that Delta Air Lines, the U.S.'s largest airline with over $28B of revenue in 2008, is interested in sponsoring Chris Pronger's trademark 3/4 length of the ice slapshot on net. The move that Pronger brought with him from Anaheim was also attempted by Danny Syvret (successfully) and Mike Richards (unsuccessfully) during the Flyers 6-2 win over the Tampa Bay Lightning. Delta is considering the cross-promotion to bring attention to their new coast-to-coast shuttle service that is currently being piloted (ahem) between Philadelphia and Anaheim before being released to other smaller market commutes. "We've seen the volume of traffic between Philadelphia and some other cities, such as Phoenix, increase dramatically over the past two quarters," said a spokesperson for the airline, who wished to remain nameless even though I offered to give him one.
