Winter Clasic highlights as they happen

Weather today in Boston was a chilly 32 degrees at 10 am but kicked up to a perfect 39.6 degrees at game time. The scene here is absolutely stunning. Snow covering the infield and outfield. Flyers and Bruins logos on the Green Monster. Yawkey Way a hub of activity with the sweet smell of hot sausages. The crowd is predominantly dressed in Bruins gold and black but the Flyers fans are more vocal with chants of Let’s Go Flyers! Tim Thomas and the Bruins hit the ice first at 12:52 p.m. Michael Leighton led the Flyers on the ice. All the Flyers and Bruins wore tuques and when they returned for warmups Leighton and Mike Richards came out wearing reflective black tape under their eyes
