Rookie defenseman Erik Gustafsson will miss the next 6 weeks due to wrist injury The Flyers really liked what they were getting from rookie defenseman Erik Gustafsson. A 22-year-old Swede, Gustafsson was called up from the AHL late last month to fill in for injured captain Chris Pronger and was making the most out of his opportunity. Gustafsson was getting more minutes than veteran blueliner Andreas Lilja and a lot of public praise from coach Peter Laviolette

Flyers Gameday: 11/17/11 vs. Coyotes
PREVIEW 7:15 AM EST After taking 5 of 6 points on their three-game southern road trip, the Flyers (10-4-3) briefly return home tonight to take on the pesky Phoenix Coyotes (9-4-3, 5-1-1 on the road). No Hard Feelings
One of the things that I like about Ilya Bryzgalov is that he is such a refreshing change in the dressing room.
