Rookie defenseman Erik Gustafsson will miss the next 6 weeks due to wrist injury The Flyers really liked what they were getting from rookie defenseman Erik Gustafsson. A 22-year-old Swede, Gustafsson was called up from the AHL late last month to fill in for injured captain Chris Pronger and was making the most out of his opportunity. PREVIEW 7:15 AM EST After taking 5 of 6 points on their three-game southern road trip, the Flyers (10-4-3) briefly return home tonight to take on the pesky Phoenix Coyotes (9-4-3, 5-1-1 on the road).
