Chris Pronger is missing tonight's game against Carolina with a virus. Braydon Coburn has a mid-body injury and might be available for WED on Long Island against the Islanders. The Flyers called up Kevin Marshall and Marc-Andre Bourdon to replace them but had to move Harry Zolnierczyk to Trenton and place Erik Gustafsson (wrist) on LTIR to clear enough cap space. They came into the game

Â The Flyers have a nasty habit of playing down to their opponents. Â Looking back at the games against Carolina Hurricanes , Florida Panthers , Phoenix Coyotes and Winnipeg Jets , the inability to close the game out early has to raise some flags. Â A goal in the final minute against the Panthers made for a hectic finish where Florida came just within seconds of sending the game into overtime

Flyers center Max Talbot spent a few minutes after Monday's morning skate talking about his long-time friend and former teammate Sidney Crosby, who will make his season debut tonight after being sidelined since January with a concussion.
