The Scott Hartnell watch is on. The NHL All-Star Game will be played this Sunday in Ottawa, and Hartnell arguably is the one player more deserving that anyone who isn’t going. Hartnell, who has never been an All-Star, leads the Flyers and is tied for sixth in the league with 25 goals. But there usually are several injury replacements, and the NHL already has named one as injured Winnipeg Jets defenseman Dustin Byfuglien’s roster spot will be filled by Pittsburgh Penguins blueliner Kris Letang
