Pavel Kubina The slumping Flyers are stocking up on big defenseman for the strength run. Hours after new blueliner Nick Grossman debuted, the Flyers added another defenseman Saturday night by acquiring Pavel Kubina from the Tampa Bay Lightning for minor-league winger Jon Kalinski, a conditional second-round draft pick and a fourth-rounder in 2013. Kubina, 34, had 3 goals, 11 points and a plus-1 rating in 52 games for the Lightning this season.
