Defenseman Nicklas Grossman, acquired by the Flyers in a trade on Thursday from the Dallas Stars, arrived in Philadelphia in time to participate in Friday’s practice in Voorhees. Grossman is wearing No. 8, a number worn earlier this season by defenseman Matt Walker, who now is playing for the Adirondack Phantoms in the American Hockey League. Meantime, right wing Jaromir Jagr also was back to practice after missing the Flyers’ 7-2 win over Buffalo on Thursday with the flu.
